Subject to Your compliance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms, MexZotic has the following Membership Payment and Benefit Terms;
Membership cost for Reseller is USD$9.95 payable on or before the 1st day of each month for the calendar month in advance.
Membership cost for Distributor is USD$29.95 payable on or before the 1st day of each month for the calendar month in advance.
Membership cost for Importer is USD$1,000 payable on or before the 1st day of month for the calendar year in advance.
Approved method of Membership payment is by major credit card or direct debit. Personal checks are not permitted.
Payments will be automatically deducted from the Members nominated payment method each month usually on the 1st day of each month.
Membership Commission Credits paid for Introducing new Members are as follows;
a. Amount of credit (referred to as “Commission Credit” or “Credit”) to be applied is as follows;
b. Reseller Level cannot recruit any new Members on any Level, not even another Reseller.
c. Distributor will be awarded $50 credit for each recruited Reseller and $75 credit for each recruited Distributor. Distributor cannot recruit an Importer.
d. Importer will be awarded $75 credit for each recruited Reseller, $100 credit for each recruited Distributor and $250 credit for each recruited Importer.
Sales and Product Profit on Silver Jewelry Product Sales is as follows;
a. Member places order on shopping cart, orders are placed with a built in
b. 35% – 40% Reseller gross profit margin
c. 45% – 50% Distributor gross profit margin
d. 60% – 70% Importer gross profit margin
Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies to all Levels. Importer is $500 (MOQ), Distributor is $250 MOQ and Reseller $100 MOQ per each and every separate order based on Members Discount Purchase Price and NOT RRP (Not including S&H).
Commission Credit payments will be processed as a credit only and will be applied to each Members Account by the 15th of each month following the previous month’s calculation for Commission Credit.
Commission Credits may be used on any orders for any products unless otherwise stated and must be equal to or lesser than the purchase cost of the accompanying order. Maximum value of credit percentage allowed on any one order for Reseller and Distributor orders may not exceed 50% of total order value. Maximum value of credit percentage allowed on any one order for Importer orders may not exceed 25% of total order value.
Product Profit payments will be processed as a monetary amount only and will be applied to each Members Account by the 15th of each month following the previous month’s calculation for Product Profit. Product Profit will be paid to each applicable Member, Company Check or directly into each Members nominated bank account.
A Host enjoys certain benefits and bonuses for having a Host Party Event as follows;
a. Accrued credit based on total Host Party Event sales.
b. A certain number of 50% Jewelry items based on total Host Party Event sales.
c. One FREE Jewelry item (Up to $50 Retail Value) based on total Host Party Event future Host party bookings – minimum of 2 Host Party bookings apply to qualify for free item.
d. The following Host Reward Bonus Credit up to $100 in additional jewelry credit as following;
i. $25 for having the Host Party Event on the originally–scheduled date
ii. $25 for collecting $100 in advance orders
iii. $25 for having 10 guests or more in attendance (18 years of age or older)
iv. $25 for three or more Host Party Events booked by her guests
Once accrued, minimum Membership account balance is to be maintained by each Reseller & Distributor Member and is set at USD$50 per month including the monthly renewal fee of USD $9.95 for Resellers and USD$29.95 for Distributors.
Once accrued, minimum Membership account balance is to be maintained by each Importer Member and is set at USD$500 at any one time.
All reference to payments and commissions are stated in USD$ and will apply to Membership Payments, Commission Credits and Product Profits to be transferred on the dates as per item “ix and xi” above and will be based on the currency exchange rate as of that date if and where applicable.
Commission Credit Payment calculation will be based on all paid membership receipts AND all Product Profits will be processed on sales and product orders received by the close of the previous month by calendar date, usually the 30th or 31st of each month.
Commission Credit Payments and Product Profit Payments will be applied directly into the Members on–line account.
Standard postal charges, credit card transaction fees and bank transfer fees for payments to MexZotic and from MexZotic will be paid for by the Member.
Paid Members will have full access to the MexZotic web site and Member Administrative software area.
Paid Members may also be eligible for monthly specials and discounted sales tools (such as “Starter Packs”, “Party Packs” and “Business Packs”) provided at a deferred payment cost to the Member, details as per MexZotic official web site.
Any Member that is not fully paid up in advance by the due date of the 1st day of each month may not receive the benefits for the coming month, nor may any member receive the benefits of the previous month commission.
Any Member that is 30 days past due on their payment will be given a 30 day notice to remedy such breach. Any member that falls more than 2 calendar months in arrears will be terminated as a Member as per Clause 17 of these terms and conditions.
Members may also be required to pay a one–time additional annual Membership fee based on Membership Level ranging from USD$9.95 to USD$99.95 (in addition to the standard monthly/annual fee) to cover the cost of Administration, Web Site maintenance on Replicated Sites and Software Updates. This fee will normally be paid on the 1st January each year and will be for the year in advance and can be deducted from Members account where, if and when applicable.
No claims for compensation past, present or future will be considered by MexZotic for terminated membership.
